The Missing Piece Alliance was founded from a passion to create real change in our communities. Too often, we talk about what’s missing — the lack of resources, opportunities, and support for our families and youth. 

But I believe one thing: Complaining doesn’t change the world.
Taking initiative does. Instead of pointing out the gaps, I made the decision to become part of the solution.

The Missing Piece Alliance was created to provide support, guidance, and opportunities where they are needed most — helping individuals, strengthening families, and building stronger communities. Because when something is missing, it’s up to us to come together and become the missing piece.
